ArmsCare are has joined the Kickstart Scheme!
The aim of the scheme is to encourage young people into the world of work and in our case, to find a career in care.
The scheme takes on a two-pronged approach:

1) Professional Development - showing them what it's like in the world of work, giving them hands-on skills and training. By the end of it, a glowing reference!
​
2) Personal development - understanding how to write a CV and the art of interviewing.
We all have someone that took a chance on us and gave us our first big break so let's hope this scheme works for the young people of Norfolk!

All Kick Start Applicants must be referred via the Jobcentre

ArmsCare offers a home help support service helping service users run their home with laundry, cleaning and bed making services. We class this as an Introduction Level of support leading to Homecare.
