ArmsCare are has joined the Kickstart Scheme!
The aim of the scheme is to encourage young people into the world of work and in our case, to find a career in care.
The scheme takes on a two-pronged approach:

1) Professional Development - showing them what it's like in the world of work, giving them hands-on skills and training. By the end of it, a glowing reference!

2) Personal development - understanding how to write a CV and the art of interviewing.
We all have someone that took a chance on us and gave us our first big break so let's hope this scheme works for the young people of Norfolk!

All Kick Start Applicants must be referred via the Jobcentre

ArmsCare provides Care breaks at one of our 5 Care Homes, providing care, activities, meals and bespoke packages to suit your needs, wishes and preferences. We provide both practical assistance and a chance to socialise, with support from our highly trained staff, but also we can provide support with important aspects of social, nutrition, health and daily living.
